If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Please note that there may be a charge for late cancellations or missed appointments.
This will enable us to make alternative arrangements to see other patients.
Cancellation or failure to attend without notice will cause a loss of valuable practice time and therefore a charge will be made when this time cannot be re-allocated.
If you are in pain or discomfort, we will endeavour to see you on the same day. Please contact us during our working hours and as early in the day as possible. If reception is not attended please leave a message on the answer phone.
